Camera
This app uses the camera of your device to scan barcodes and create photo reference for your articles - needed and used ONLY for the app to function. Barcodes and photos are stored on your device and are never sent to us.

Inventory data
The articles, suppliers and inventories you create stay on your device (and, if you enable it, on the storage you choose for multi-user sharing). We do not collect or distribute this data.

Newsletter
If - and only if - you explicitly ask for it by ticking the newsletter consent box, we collect your email address in order to send you news about the app: new features, important changes and occasional tips.

This is the only personal data we collect, and the legal basis for processing it is your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a). Giving your email is entirely optional: the app works exactly the same way if you do not.

We use your email address only to send our own newsletter. We never sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Withdrawing your consent
You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter, or by writing to the address below. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the mailings sent before. Once you unsubscribe, your email address is deleted from our mailing list.

Retention
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete and export your email address, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL). To exercise these rights, simply contact us at the address below.

Children
The newsletter is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their email address.

Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page indicates the last revision.
